Liam is the founder of Card Guru and has spent over 12 years helping businesses understand and improve their payment systems. Based in the North East, he has worked with companies ranging from independent local businesses to larger multi-site operators across the UK, helping them simplify payments, reduce costs, and choose the right solutions as they grow.
Outside of the business, Liam is a proud dad and enjoys spending time with his son, often getting involved in creative projects and building things together. He has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology, design, and problem-solving, which has led him to launch and develop several businesses over the years.
Friendly, approachable, and straight-talking, Liam built Card Guru with the goal of offering honest advice and professional support to businesses that want a clearer, fairer approach to payment services.

Jade plays an important role at Card Guru, helping manage client enquiries and ensuring businesses receive a friendly and professional experience from the first conversation through to ongoing support. Based in the North East, she works closely with customers to keep communication clear and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Before joining Card Guru, Jade built her career as a hairdresser and still enjoys working with clients in her spare time. Her background in a customer-focused industry has given her strong people skills and a natural ability to build relationships, making her a valuable part of the team and someone businesses feel comfortable dealing with from day one.
